On Monday, March 18, the Honduran ambassador to Chile, Linda Redondo, visited Agrosuper’s Rosario plant in the municipality of Rengo, O’Higgins Region. The aim of the visit was for the ambassador to get a firsthand look at the operation of one of Chile’s largest meat processing plants, as well as learn about the different links of the company’s value chain.

During the tour, Ambassador Redondo learned about the high standards of production, quality, biosecurity, and animal welfare that set Agrosuper apart, as well as the company’s efforts in sustainability and operation efficiency.

These visits help strengthen ties with representatives from different countries, creating opportunities for collaboration and exchange that lead to the development of new business opportunities. Furthermore, they reinforce the commitment of the meat producing and exporting sector to opening international markets and building sustainable relationships based on trust and excellence in food production.
