Represented by Francisco Lorenzo, Head of Foreign Trade and Industrial Area, ChileCarne participated in the 13th International Seminar on Poultry Sciences, held from July 23 to 25 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and organized by AMEVEA Bolivia.

Held at Fexpocruz, the seminar brought together over 450 attendees and speakers from Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile, becoming a leading event for technical exchange and regional collaboration in the sector.

Over three days, the seminar addressed key topics for the growth of the Latin American poultry industry, such as animal welfare, poultry nutrition and health, innovative production, and feed quality. It also focused on a review of standards and best practices; strategies to optimize diets and prevent disease; the use of new technologies and processes to increase efficiency; and the impact of raw material quality on poultry health and productivity.

The program also included panel discussions, practical workshops, and networking opportunities, which fostered dialogue between companies, associations, and international experts, strengthening technical and business cooperation in the region.

ChileCarne’s participation reaffirms the Chilean poultry industry’s commitment to knowledge sharing, innovation, and the adoption of world-class standards, contributing to the sector’s growth and competitiveness in global markets.
