Juan Carlos Domínguez, President of ChileCarne, and Rodrigo Castañón, Business Manager, visited the facilities of Precisa Frozen, a collaborating partner of the association, located in the O’Higgins Region.

The cold storage facility, which has 9,400 pallet slots, 10 freezing tunnels, and a floor area of 7,000 square meters, is equipped to export poultry and pork to all destination markets, adhering to high standards of quality, biosecurity, and traceability.

During the visit, ChileCarne representatives gained insight into the cutting-edge technology and infrastructure of the cold storage facility, recognizing its strategic importance in strengthening the Chilean meat value chain and its potential for global market expansion. They were greeted by Pablo Hernández, Precisa’s Commercial Manager, who gave an overview of the company’s operations and the challenges faced by the sector.

Founded in 2006 by business engineer Raúl Hernández Butrón, Precisa Frozen has positioned itself as a leader in the storage and freezing of food products, including fruits, vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. Its team of professionals, with over 20 years of experience, receives ongoing training in agri-food, technical, and administrative matters, ensuring efficient and high-quality service for both domestic and international clients.
